Three rules govern every refund at PluginJoy:

Email support@pluginjoy.com within 30 days of your original order. We process refunds the same business day.

You don’t need to explain. We don’t try to talk you out of it. We just process the refund and deactivate the license.

Full or partial
Pro licenses → full refund. Credit packs → unused balance refunded at the per-credit rate of the pack you bought.

Unused balance refunded at the per-credit rate of your pack. If you bought 500 credits at $19.95 ($0.04/credit) and used 100, we refund $16.

Subscription renewals
Cancel any time from your account. Renewal charges within 7 days are refunded automatically; older renewals reviewed case-by-case.

Bundle purchases
Refundable as a single line item — we don’t pro-rate which plugin you used most.

What’s not covered
A short list of edge cases — none of them are usually a problem:
- Purchases older than 30 days. We can’t refund a license you bought eight months ago. We can pause future renewals and give you a discount on a different plugin.
- Credits already consumed. If you’ve burned through every credit in your pack, there’s nothing left to refund. We can still cancel future renewals.
- Chargeback-first refunds. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of emailing us, we lose the ability to refund directly — but we’ll always work with you first if you ask.
How to request a refund
- Email support@pluginjoy.com from the address you used to buy. One line is fine: “Please refund order #12345.”
- We confirm within 1 business day. Most refunds are processed the same day if you email during EU business hours.
- Money lands in 5–10 days. Stripe and your bank handle the actual transfer; we have no control over their timing once we issue the refund.
