Do my credits expire?
No. Credits you buy in a pack roll over forever — there is no expiry. The monthly credits included with your Pro subscription reset each month, but anything you purchased on top of that stays in your account permanently.
Do credits work across all six plugins (5 on WP.org + HealthSpark on PluginJoy)?
Yes. One shared pool powers Clarity SEO, SiteFix, MediaSpark, SafeSnap, Global Time Ghost, and HealthSpark. You don’t need to buy credits per plugin — every Pro plugin reads from the same balance tied to your PluginJoy account.
How does this compare to OpenAI / Anthropic costs directly?
We use Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.6 (the premium model) and absorb the markup on small queries. For very heavy single calls you’d pay slightly less by going direct — but you’d lose the WordPress integration, license management, and free monthly quota. For 95% of users, credits are cheaper than running your own API key.
Can I see what each action will cost before I spend?
Yes. Every Pro plugin shows the credit cost on the action button before you click. You can also see your full balance and consumption history at any time inside any Pro plugin’s dashboard.
What if I run out mid-month?

Are refunds available?
Yes — credit packs have a 30-day refund window for unused balance. If you’ve spent some, we refund the unused portion at the per-credit rate of the pack you purchased.
