How long do replies take?

One business day for support and sales. Affiliate applications: 1–3 business days. Press: same day if we can.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — 30-day no-questions-asked refund on every Pro license. See our refund policy.

Do you have phone support?

Email is our default — it’s faster for diagnosing issues and lets us share screenshots and links. Agency plans include scheduled calls.

Where are you based?

The Netherlands. The team is fully remote — replies come from CET working hours, but we cover most of the EU and US business day.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is hosted in the EU, we don’t sell user data, and our plugins use no third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics 4 (cookieless). DPA available on request.
